Photography began to complement my writing quite by accident. I was pursuing this challenging assignment on famous Indian cricketer Gavaskar and I could not organise a photographer to support me.

I simply purchased an automatic camera and got to work. This was in 1986. I have never looked back. Ever since, a camera, has always been part of my kit. Today, I use a Nikon F90X camera.

Over the years, I have constantly honed my photography skills. Today, my ability to shoot pictures and write has made me a more competent communicator.
